Chef Toshin's vision for a chocolaterie and patisserie culminated in Toshin, his namesake that stands proud next to the best in the world. It began with a quest that took Chef Toshin to Le Cordon Bleu, London and from there to many more quaint cities and hamlets around the world where the love of all things original emerged. The range is the result of his unquenchable thirst for discovering new dimensions and bringing a sense of surprise to the palate.
